  • Prices are in Pounds Sterling per apartment per week up to the number of people indicated. There is a 10% surcharge for 5 person occupancy in Cacto or Novo, or for 3 people in Boa Vista or Colina.

  • A 25% deposit is payable on booking, with the balance due a minimum of 8 weeks before departure.

  • Changeover days are Saturday only during July and August but flexible the rest of the year.

  • Check-in time is 1500, check-out 1000. 

  • A complimentary welcome pack is provided on arrival. If there are any particular items of food or drink you wish to have waiting for you on arrival, please let us know and we will do our best to supply them. 

  • A weekly maid service is included.  Towels and linen are provided, although guests should provide their own beach/pool towels. 

  • Utility costs for winter bookings (1 November to 31 March) are not included. We ask for a deposit of 50 Euros on arrival during these times.

  • Pool heating in winter (1 November to 31 March) is not included. It can be requested for your stay at an extra cost.

  • Guests have access to a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.  An iron and ironing board are provided in each apartment.

  • Golf clubs are available for hire.

  • We can organise car hire from Faro Airport through a reliable local company at competitive rates. Please enquire for rates at time of booking.

  • Sorry, no pets allowed. No smoking permitted inside the apartments.

  • Quinta Bavaria is for the exclusive enjoyment of resident guests - we ask that you do not bring visitors to share the facilities.
